It’s a new week and I like us to reflect on Owek. Daudi Mpanga’s guide on how to exercise power that we hold as leaders.
1. Never refuse to lead/ exercise power (Never fetter discretion). But in the exercise of power;
2. Be fair (accord a right of audience)
3. Be dispassionate (have no bias)
4. Be Rational (that any other person, looking at the same facts reasonably, would arrive at the same conclusion)
5. Be proportional (your decisions should not overwhelmingly burden/benefit one party)Have a nice week.

A good call @mwineedgar. We can only serve better when we constantly and consistently make such reflections as leaders. Have a nice week ahead.
