Andrew Mbigiti is a dynamic young professional working in the energy sector. He is a Petroleum Engineer with a bachelor?s and master?s degree in petroleum engineering from China university of petroleum Beijing. He has worked with China University of petroleum Beijing after which he joined the oil and gas sector in Uganda, an area he is passionate about. He is currently working as a Media and Publicity Supervisor at CNOOC Uganda Limited. Andrew believes that effective leadership is crucial for driving positive change and is eager to leverage effective leadership and governance to create a positive impact in his work.
