Donald Mugisha is an Economist working with Uganda Revenue Authority and has a clear mission of driving Uganda out of economic dependence. His current role as Officer Domestic Taxes is to sensitize and educate different taxpayers on Uganda’s tax regime while collecting revenues for the government. Donald seeks to use his passion and experience in economics and tax administration to understand the different social-economic challenges and pave solutions to push our county out of the economic burden while improving every Ugandan’s standard of living.
