Edgar Kebba is a civil, particularly Structural Engineer with Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) Engineering and Technical Services Department holding the position of Assistant Building Control Officer and Building Inspector since the start of 2022.
Edgar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Highways and Transport both from the University of Coventry, United Kingdom.
Edgar is also a DJ in Kampala, with the stage name DJ Ssese. With his diversity, he is keenly interested in building a distinguished career by leveraging his skills as an engineer to positively impact the music industry and to carefully curate and grow younger DJs in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
To him, this means that he is able to formalize the DJ entertainment industry so that upcoming DJs can be able to conceptualize the DJ industry in Uganda as a strong component of the entertainment industry and a powerful instrument to Uganda being able to protect creative arts.
