Namakula Lillibet is an avid Public Health specialist and advocate passionate about issues of Young people’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHHM), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), HIV/AIDS, Youth engagement and Community led advocacy, Health research, and Health promotion and education in its many aspects.

With a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of the West of England (UWE), Lillibet has worked to use her extensive range of talents and expertise in project and program management, fundraising and resource mobilization, advocacy, social behavioral change communication, edutainment, events planning and management, and her working relationships and partnerships with a variety of leaders, trend-setters, and influencers at all levels to coordinate and implement community based programs aimed at improving and prioritizing the health needs of young people and their communities.

As Co-Founder and Team Leader of Public Health Ambassadors Uganda (PHAU), Lillibet has over 5 years of experience in managing, coordinating and conducting health education and promotion activities working with and through existing (community/youth) structures, mentoring youth champions and activists in becoming change agents in their own communities, and ensuring that all projects are run smoothly and effectively with all deadlines met and targets achieved.

She is also engrossed in youth and social media engagement, project proposal development, planning and implementation, budget management, and partnership building.
