Thomas Ibale is an enthusiast for human development and sustainable development. He is a graduate from Strathmore University with a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Philosophy. He has recent experience working at the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in the Equity and Rights department and at Social Innovation Academy (Lazima Nipate) as a volunteer.

Currently, he works with Design Without Borders as a Junior Designer. Using human-centered design, Design Without Borders delivers solutions to the community through product and service design, co-creating with the end user throughout the entire process to meet their specific need.

Among Thomas’ hobbies, he is a lover of music, sports and philosophy.
