Thomas Ibale is an aspiring social innovator, passionate about human development and sustainable development. He is a graduate from Strathmore University with a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Philosophy. He has recent experience with Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in the Equity and Rights department and at Social Innovation Academy (Lazima Nipate) as a volunteer.

Currently, he works with Design Without Borders as a Junior Designer in Human-Centred design, providing product and service solutions tailored to the end-user’s need; emphasising the importance of having the end user in mind throughout the design process.
